PPA are also responsible for the manufacture of light lenses and fitting of Landing and Navigation lamps for use with incandescent and halogen bulbs.
PPA are also responsible for the production and fitting of high performance Radomes to protect the antenna surfaces from the elements and to conceal equipment from public view.
PPA offer a range of protective covers for commercial and military aircraft these cover both Ground and Transportation needs. PPA's vacuum formed panels are custom made to suit the requirements of new aircrafts and for replacement spares. We manufacture flying parts - such as interior wall panels, passenger seat parts, window trim panels and stowage boxes. Our Large capacity vacuum forming facility and range of large and small vacuum form machines enables multiple tool loading.
For Military aircrafts we manufacture ground equipment protective covers for fighter jets for the Military of Defence. Previous projects include Typhoon, Hawk and Tornado Eurofighters.
Our covers vary in size and depth of component. Largest size being 2.1metres x 1.2 metres with a depth of 300mm. Please contact our skilled staff for queries and specifications.
Our Transportation Covers are available for a wide range of aircraft. We provide and manufacture vacuum formed protective covers to suit all requirements including such large items such as an Airbus A380 wing.
We also provide covers for Nacelle engines. Previous projects have included supplying and manufacturing for Bombardier.
